Hello and welcome, I’m based in Sydney, Australia, and I’m passionate about guiding others to
unlock their inner wisdom and potential and live more empowered lives.
I believe the only true limits we face are those shaped by our own perception.
My journey into self-discovery began early in life, sparked by a deep curiosity about the unseen forces that shape our reality. I turned inward with a hunger for answers that couldn’t always be found externally. Through meditation and personal experimentation, I began to receive insights that transformed my understanding of myself and the world. Over time, I explored the transformative power of intention, visualisation, and meditation, and I became immersed in practices like gratitude, dream journaling, and astral travel.
Beyond my professional work, I am also an author, sharing stories and reflections inspired by meditative states and dream worlds.

Zoom is a video communication platform you can download and install on your computer. It's simple to use and works as long as you have a webcam and a microphone; most computers have these built in, but you can also use external ones. Zoom is also available on smartphones.

There are a few things you need to know to get the most out of your session:
- Technology: Use a computer or laptop with a working webcam, microphone, and headphones for the best experience (better than a mobile phone).
- Internet: Make sure you have a good, stable internet connection to avoid dropouts.
- Quiet space: Find a peaceful, private spot where you won’t be interrupted.
- Comfort is key: Sit somewhere comfy with your device securely set up, with no balancing on your knees! Hands-free is best.
- Dress relaxed: Wear something comfy
- Tissues handy: Keep some tissues nearby, just in case emotions come up.
